Shipment Processing Times

All Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping Your Order, We will contact You via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard International Shipping

Express Shipping (where available)

Shipping charges will vary based on order value and location.

Note: Delivery delays may occur due to customs inspections, international transit, or unforeseen logistic issues.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or Remote Locations

SADOER Skincare ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or remote regions may require additional time or may not be eligible for certain shipping methods.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped, containing tracking details. Tracking information will be available within 24-48 hours after shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Each country has its own customs rules.

  • SADOER Skincare is not responsible for customs fees, taxes, or import duties.
  • Any charges imposed during or after shipping (including customs clearance) are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages & Issues

SADOER Skincare is responsible for orders that are lost in transit or never delivered to the customer.

If you receive your order damaged:

  1. Please contact the carrier to file a claim.
  2. Keep all packaging materials and the damaged Goods for inspection.
